工作职责
1．Be responsible for all stations safety management, including facility safety/ goods safety/ delivery associate personnel safety, and so on
负责所有所属地点的安全管理，包括基础设施的安全，货物安全，人员安全的管理等等。
2．Be responsible to implement company safety requirements in all branches.
负责执行公司相关的安全管理规定在JODS 各分支的实施和有效执行。
3．Lead to build and continuous implement/ improvesafety management process and procedure, improve JODS safety management system (including facility / people/ goods)
负责建立和持续的执行以及改善安全管理的流程和程序，改善安全管理系统。(包括设施/人员/货品安全相关)
4．To improve safety training system for associate and conduct the training with related training team
改善员工的安全培训系统，并和培训人员一起切实的执行安全培训。
5．To conduct safety audit periodically, push and lead corrective actions, to find the potential safety risk and take actions
能够定期的进行安全审核，领导和推动预防和改善活动。发现潜在的安全问题，进行改进。
6．To lead the investigation and corrective/ preventive actions when safety issue happen
当安全事故发生后，能够及时的领导进行调查，并完成纠正/预防活动。
7．Be able to cooperate with other teams on safety related actions
能够和其他的部门就安全相关事情合作来共同提高安全管理
8． Other tasks assigned by the leader linking with safety management
完成领导安排的其他安全相关方面的工作。
Basic Qualifications:
1.Above 3 years safety management experiences , 2 year is safety leader.
3年以上在安全管理工作经验，2年安全主管以上经验。
2.Good experience in safety managements, with EHS management skill is better.
良好的安全管理经验， 有EHS管理经验更佳。
3.Good problem solving capability，good at problem finding
良好的问题解决能力，善于发现问题。
4.Good communication skills and take pressure to push actions taken
良好的沟通能力， 能够承担压力推动改善的开展
5.Think big and continuous improvement capability
有大局观， 持续改善的能力
6.Basic English reading / written .
基本的英文读写能力
7.Skillful on Microsoft excel / power point/ word
熟练使用Microsoft excel / power point/ word
Preferred Qualifications:
1. prefer 5 years expericences in safety management
2. prefer good english level
