Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

• Create GA/QC and HSE organization for Ningbo

• Ensure proper training of staff before commissioning

• Ensure required QA/QC and HSE manuals, quality standards and lab methods are available before start-up

• Ensure safe CSU and safe plant operation after start-up

• Ensure execution of QC and execute Quality assurance; manage the complaint system

• Ensure the management system complies with local laws and regulations as well as AN standards and guidelines as well as relevant ISO standards

• Provide HSE expertise, requested and on own account, and drive safe behavior across the organization

• Drive quality commitment throughout the organization
