Vision Aid Inc, Safety glasses, eye wash and eyewear lens cleaners from H.L. Bouton

Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (PIP), a leading supplier of personal protective equipment, announces its acquisition of the Bouton brand and the Bouton safety glass and safety goggle business. PIP will market the Bouton selection of safety glasses and safety goggles together with the Bollé Safety line of eyewear and the company’s Safetygear by PIP™ line of eyewear to its extensive industrial distributor network.

This acquisition does not include the Lavoptik™ eyewash, VisionAid™ eyewear cleaning products or eyewear accessories. Those products will continue to be available through the Wareham, Massachusetts location under the new VisionAidInc name, which will continue to operate offering those products to distribution.
