2) Work with the Manager, Advisory Services and project leads to implement assigned research, writing and logistical tasks according to deliverables created at project inception. 配合经理的工作，负责项目的研究、报告的撰写、以及后勤工作
3) Serve as an active team member, creating suggestions and ideas for team members to promote mutual learning and network creativity. 主动、积极，提供好的意见和建议，与团队成员共同成长。

1) Bachelor's degree in a related field. 学士学位
2) 3-5 years of work experience in HR, compliance, production, or business development role. 3-5年在HR、合规、生产、业务等方面工作经验
3) Comprehensive understanding of factory conditions, EHS issues and human resources. 全面理解工厂的条件、EHS问题、人力资源管理问题
4) Ability to communicate with international brands and factories on CSR and sustainability issues. 能够就企业社会责任、持续改善等问题与国际品牌公司及其工厂进行沟通。
5) Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. 流利英语口语及普通话
