岗位职责
Primary Responsibilities / 主要职责:
1、Conduct safety audit and on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices or working conditions, evaluate the EHS performance and recommend changes to technology, equipment, systems or process within established budget that will improve the company’s EHS performance.
2、Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to indentify the cause of accidents and prevent their recurrence. Maintain and analyze records of employee injuries, illness and absence to identify areas of concern.
3、Educate and train the workforce to ensure the employees understand and comply with the company EHS policies and standards.
4、Ensure that first aid supplies and resources are available in accordance with regulations and the company’s EHS polices.
5、Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees, unions, government agencies, labor relations authorities and other relevance agencies; prepare materials for legal counsel, mediators and external consultants and manage these relationships, so that the company’s interest and reputation are protected.
6、Liaison with local authorities for assuring the company’s procedures are in line with legal regulations
