| 职位描述: Job Responsibilities 1. Develops and implements effective channel management strategy and plan, and creates programs that create interest for companies to become distributors. 2. Reviews distributor model and agreement to suit the changing market to enusre network coverage. 3. Identifies potential distributors' needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests. 4. Partners with sales manager to provide support to distributors in identify potential end-users and drive opportunities. 5. Devises implements and monitors programs to drive revenues through these channel partners. 6. Develops initiatives and processes to obtain regular feedback from distributors on distribution channel strategy and programs. 7. Maintains a reliable communication mechanism with sales, marketing and other departments to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.
Required Education/ Experience 1. Bachelor degree or above business or related field. Master degree is preferred. 2. 8+ years progressive industry experience with extensive successful experience in developing a distributor channel. 3. Strong interpersonal, communication and organzation skills. 4. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills. 5. Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and methodologies. 6. Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high pressure environment. 7. Proficiency at written and oral English. 8.Thorough PC knowledge of Excel and powerpoint. |

In 1987, MSA established the first joint venture in the safety industry of China at Wuxi, China. In 2003, MSA set up its China Headquarter in Shanghai. In September 2008, a new manufacturing plant and R&D center with a planned total investment of USD 38 million went into operation at Suzhou to meet the fast growth of MSA China.
The business of MSA China has been achieving an over 30% year-on-year growth rate since 2003. MSA China is now one of the largest manufacturer and supplier of safety equipment & solutions in China. Its business has been extended to 36 of the 38 provinces of China including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
The newly established R&D center has a plan to employ 100 engineers by 2011. The R&D center is housed in a world-class facility and has invested in full-range of engineering equipment and advanced laboratories. It is undoubtedly the most comprehensive and cutting-edge safety equipment R&D facility in China. This R&D center is a key member of the MSA global R&D network. The MSA China engineering team is working and collaborating with their counter-parts in U.S and Europe in developing safety equipment for the global market.
