岗位职责
1.Enhance EHS working system in Schaetti to compliance with regulation requirement and pass through the government audit to complete the project.
2.Update related EHS procedures to comply with the requirements of regulations.
3.Arrange and organize related training to improve EHS competent in the plant.
4.Participate and approve Process safety assessment (MOC, PSSR, etc.)
5.Issue and audit work permit.
6.Lead to investigate EHS incident/ accident at site and find immediate cause and root cause to take correction action.
7.Conduct daily EHSF inspection and monitoring, organize and conduct monthly EHSF inspection in all the management team of the company.
8.Conduct contractor safety management and evaluate contractor’s safety performance
9.Coordinate external audits and follow up with relevant departments to close the findings
10.Coordinate and organize emergency response drilling.
11.Responsible for coordinate and supervise maintenance of fire and safety emergency equipment
12.Communication with EHS authorities.
