岗位职责
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Shall ensure that all sites in the RSZ and RCM maintain compliance to all applicable Environmental Regulations including but not limited to filing timely Environmental Reports and completing (where applicable) Environmental Permits and performing necessary Environmental Audits per Philips Sustainability Team.
• Responsible for managing the development of source reduction strategies for Hazardous, Non-Hazardous/Residual Wastes at operation facilities.
• Develop, review, and revise site safety plans for each facility in the RSZ & RCM.
• Take charge of EHS education, training& activity planning, organization, supervision and implementation
• Assist and/or lead incident investigations and participate in management
• Lead Emergency Response Team as well as coordinate / lead responses to Emergency situations
• Lead, coordinate, and participate in EHS performance improvement initiatives
• Lead site self-audits and coordinate external EHS audits and partner with site management to close audit findings and implement audit recommendations
• Provide guidance to sites in identifying and tracking appropriate metrics and assessing site performance
• Track, report, and analyze the EHS performance and implement corrective action as necessary
• Develop, review, and adjust safety and environmental training programs
• Manage the national workers compensation program serving as liaison in claim management
• Drive workers comp cost mitigation strategies
• Analyze workers compensation claim costs data for HHS sites
• Manage the development of a consistent Emergency Response Plan for all sites located in the RSZ & RCM.
• Manage all aspects of the Business Continuance Planning activities for all sites located in the RSZ & RCM.
• Develop and implement training schedule for associates and contractors in Western PA.
• Develop Contractor Safety Program and implement for in-house and third party contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement activities within the department
• Develop 10 year Strategic Plan for the EHS Department
• Manage indoor work environment including noise quality, air quality and workplace exposure monitoring programs.
• Apply ergonomic and safety principles to improve workstation efficiency and minimize injuries.
• Assist in developing and managing budget related to EHS activities.
• Keep current on any changes regarding EHS laws and regulations that will impact the organization.
