1. Understand and comply with CPC's OE Policy. To set personal objectives in line with OE directives and to be responsible to meet all these objectives.

2. Take leadership role to guide the team in the implementation of OE action plans and directives.

3. Participate and coordinate safety activities as assigned by the company to ensure OE Program is integrated into business processes in the department/ function.

4. Understand regulations, procedures and best practices as well as Chinese laws, regulations and standards related to environmental, safety and industrial hygiene. Develop and update applicable policies, regulation, procedures and best practice in ZJG plant.

5. Guide, lead, participate and coordinate plant EHS activities to meet OE requirements and Chinese laws, regulations and standards. Improve EHS performance through plan, implementation, inspection, corrective action to achieve EHS target of Zero injury, Zero environment, Zero occupational illness incident.
6. A)       Qualification / Experience
7. ·      College or above in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Safety or equivalent.,
   ·      With a minimum 3 years working experience of EHS in petrochemical industry, with a degree with an Engineer or higher certificate
      ·      With an English proficiency level at the Grade 4 or higher
      ·      An ability of operating Microsoft PC system is required.
      ·      Good teamwork
