职位描述:
(1)工作职责Responsibility：
1. This role is based in Shanghai and reports to the head of Greater China regional Security team.
2. Responsible for security assessment and audit to ODM/OEM/Forwarders to ensure compliance with applicable sections of corporate security standards in the region.
3. Leads corporate investigations in the region which include freight losses, internal policy violations, internal property losses, external IP infringement, fraudulent cases etc.
4. Provides Executive Protection services when required.
5. Responds to security emergencies as outlined in local procedures.
6. Advises management on reactions to emergency situation and ensures subordinates respond appropriately.
7. Develops/ maintains/ coordinates effective communications with outside government agencies.
8. Ensures the correct and consistent administration of the security supplier service agreement.
9. Analyzes quality, financial and other performance indicators with the objectives of providing the highest level of service within budgetary constraints.
10. Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
11. Guides security staff in strengthening competencies and meeting corporate security requirements.
12. Maintains a positive, professional work environment free of discrimination and harassment. Ensures that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
13. Interfaces with internal business partners to discuss security services provided, identifies problem areas, provides recommendations for security solutions and takes corrective action.
14. Ensures security staff is trained to well achieve corporate security requirements.
15. Follows-up with other members of the corporate security team to discuss progress and related issues, assuring deadlines are met and consistency of practices exists.
16. Conducts required/ dedicated site assessments to ensure corporate security compliance and provides recommendation on operations, policy and technology applications to relevant management.
17. Make recommendations on managerial methods in order to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures or implement cost reductions.
18. Maintain data and records following corporate record retention guidelines and requirements.

Bachelor's Degree or above
13 years of progressively responsible experience in security or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of security operations, freight security, investigations and crisis management.
Honest, ethical and professional.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Ability to think strategically, and develop innovative solutions.
Demonstrates planning, organization and leadership/supervisory skills.
Results, quality and customer oriented.
Ability to be an effective member of and lead project teams.
Ability to function effectively in a matrix management organization.
Ability to facilitate progressive change.
