环境/健康/安全经理

Main Responsibilities:
1.Direct and take major responsibility for safety, health and environment management within the company, together with management team.
2.Implement the company policies and regulations upon health, safety and environment based on stated requirements as well as company standard.
3.Coordinate and arrange EHS committee meetings.
4.Implement directives and policies on safety, health and environment as required by the worldwide group system.
5.Verify for manufacturing engineering process and layout from EHS perceptive.
6.Manage the special construction items by our contractors.
7.Be responsible for fire-prevention, hazardous materials, waste water control and security of the company.
8.Co-ordinate, investigate EHS related cases and prepare report in Case Study, Record able time, Insurance compensation, etc.
9.Be responsible for HAZOP analysis campaign .
10.Develop subordinates.
11.Train all employees in EHS policies and standard working instruction
12.Plan & implement EHS training to all employees, visitors and suppliers
13.Monitor all employees, visitors and suppliers to follow the Company EHS policies in order to prevent any injury or accidents
14.Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
15.Approve & control chemical materials used in the plant as well as storage
16.Establish sound relationship and keep close contact with local government department

Qualification:
1.University degree with major in engineering, chemical or environment related;
2.Familiar with chemical materials and all EHS related regulations for manufacturing site;
3.Good understanding in manufacturing EHS system set up as well as management;
4.Fluent English both in spoken and written;
5.Excellent communication & presentation skills;
6.Be integrity, accountable, open-minded, result-oriented;
7.Over 5 years of related EHS working experience in chemical manufcturing site;
8.At least 2 year experience in playing an independent role in leading manufacturing EHS activities;
9.Be familiar with State Standards related with environment, health and safety.
