Qualification:
1. Over 8 years related experience
2. Familiar with National and International Codes & Standards
3. Familiar with ISO14001 or ISO18000
4. Experience in Manufacturing Company is preferred
5. Good command of Oral & Written English
Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing an HSE Policy by providing achievable objectives and targets. Support the management in the introduction and enforcement of occupational safety, health and environment standards.
2. Work closely with the Safety, Health and Environment Committee to set up safety procedures and ensuring it is totally integrated within the operational systems.
3. Overall planning of occupational safety and health, and environment activities.
4. Ensure there is an employee safety briefing process for office activities, on visiting operating plants, Supplier's works and construction sites and optimizing work processes shall be identified so that compliance with ISO 14001 can be demonstrated.
5. Prepare annual man-hour and expense budgets for the HSE activity.
6. Ensure that staff directly involved in HSE activities are adequately briefed and trained and instill safety consciousness amongst employees.
7. Promote and publicize the company's dedication to HSE to Clients, external groups, and within organization.
8. Conduct safety campaigns and training to create safety awareness amongst employees and communicate to all department members the content of the Health, Safety, Environmental and its requirements.
9. Assessing machine guarding risk, occupational disease and work related safety hazards, and define PPE and occupational health physical examination program.
10. Record safety accidents and create the preventive countermeasure accordingly, Investigate and report accidents and follow-up on legal processes and recommendations arising there from.
11. Ensure fire fighting protection system is in good working condition at all times by a systematic testing and maintenance procedure.
12. Manage security guard to do necessary inspection and report any risk for fire fighting and security.
