A. Provide technical and leadership support to region. Active participation in the Creation and Deployment of EHS management system
B. EHS maturity gap analysis.
C. Develop and implement safety best practices to be able to achieve Reduction of injury rates.
D. Hazardous Waste Management and reduction.
E. Use and support Six Sigma efforts and ensure continuing inclusion of EHS to reduce injury rates.
F. Development and deployment of EHS training, including STPS, CIPA and OSHA and Invensys requirements.
G. Support the management of workplace injury and illness/disability cases, including leading workers' compensation best practices implementation as well as claims management and cost-reduction efforts.
H. Liaison with Invensys's third-party providers and with regulatory agencies.
I. Loss control management activities.
J. Coordinate exposure assessments, emergency response and preparedness; new process review.
K. Champion employee teams and develop health and safety representatives to adopt and improve safety best practices and ensure continuing effectiveness.
L. Develop EHS and industrial hygiene programs as well as Coordinate Medical Surveillance.
