Job Descript ion:
ü Be responsible for all JODS stations safety management, including facility safety/ goods safety/ delivery associate personnel safety, and so on负责所有JODS 所属地点的安全管理，包括基础设施的安全，货物安全，人员安全的管理等等。
ü Be responsible to implement Amazon company safety requirements in all JODS branches.负责执行Joyo Amazon 公司相关的安全管理规定在JODS各分支的实施和有效执行。
ü Lead to build and continuous implement/ improve JODS safety management process and procedure, improve JODS safety management system (including facility / people/ goods)负责建立和持续的执行以及改善JODS安全管理的流程和程序，改善安全管理系统。(包括设施/人员/货品安全相关)
ü To lead the investigation and corrective/ preventive actions when safety issue happen当安全事故发生后，能够及时的领导进行调查，并完成纠正/预防活动。
ü Be able to cooperate with other Amazon teams on safety related actions能够和其他的Amazon 部门就安全相关事情合作来共同提高JODS安全管理
ü Other tasks assigned by the leader link ing with safety management完成领导安排的其他安全相关方面的工作。
Basic Qualifications:
ü Above 3 years safety management experiences.3年以上在安全管理工作经验。
ü Good experience in safety managements, with EHS management skill is better.良好的安全管理经验，有EHS管理经验更佳。
ü Good problem solving capability，good at problem finding良好的问题解决能力，善于发现问题。
ü Good communication skills and take pressure to push actions taken良好的沟通能力，能够承担压力推动改善的开展
ü Think big and continuous improvement capability有大局观，持续改善的能力
ü Basic English reading / written .基本的英文读写能力
ü Skillful on Microsoft excel / power point/ word熟练使用Microsoft excel / power point/ word
