Job Title: Contract Manager (Concurrent EHS Officer)
Location: Changsha, Hunan Province
Reports To: Onsite FM Manager
Salary: Competitive Salary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- On behalf of Laureate Int'l Group & CBRE checking and investigating all purchasing contracts and service contracts on the legal and financial points of view; ensure the contract is on the best ratio of products' quality vs. their costs on the marketplace as well.
- As a Contract manger together with other Senior Technicians shall be implemented in time to improve service continuously.
- Well prepare monthly working reports before the due date.
- Work in conjunction with FM Manager; Senior Technicians and other staff assists to relative of all property management issues.
- Hold a concurrent post of EHS Officer, deliver well prepared EHS know ledges in staff training courses that comply with relative national rules and regulations.
- To establish effective business relationships with the customer and to positively interact with client personnel at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

- College degree or above.
- Preferably 5 years relevant experience in an international organisation
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin is preferred.
- Good PC skills with MS-Office tools etc.
- Good team player - an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

- Possess some written and oral communication skills in English
- Good customer facing skills
- Good team player
