Responsibilities:
Facilitate company HSE management policies/rules, quality and industrial management system, group technical standard and Chinese safety code, support local operation units in achieving the HSE objectives with HSE annual plan.
Plan and conduct regulatory HSE inspections in regions, support China region to conducts safety, quality and industrial management system audit based on the annual plan, and follow up the action plan.
Organize occurrence and root cause analysis for accidents/incidents in regions, track action plans.
