Auditor (Trainee), China

Position Description: 

A professional and motivated person to conduct labor compliance assessments in China. The primary responsibilities would include the following: 
1. Undertake labor compliance assessments in a factory setting to determine compliance with local laws and specific client expectations;
2. Provide comprehensive reports according to Level Works and client protocols and timelines; 
3. Maintain knowledge of Level Works labor compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws. 

Qualifications: 
1. High level of integrity and honesty;
2. Relevant educational background or 1+ year of relevant industry experience;
3. Fluent in local language(s) (written and spoken);
4. Proficiency in written English (includes exam);
5. Good attitude, strong presentation skills, and high degree of maturity; 
6. Ability to work independently; 
7. Ability to undertake extensive local travel. 

Location:
Hangzhou China

Compensation: 
Based on experience & background. Compensation will include incentives for business relationship growth (bonus, etc.), full benefits, and a salary based on candidate experience and background.

Reporting Line: 
Reports directly to Supervisors
