Responsibilities:
Safety, Healthy, Environment
* Responsible for the development and enforcement of organization environmental safety and health programs in compliance with all related local and national government regulation. Directs the evaluation and control of all hazards to ensure safe, healthy and accident-free work environment, and to promote the awareness of environmental safety and health among all employees.
*Directs the inspection of organization facilities to detect existing and potential accident and health hazards and accordingly determines corrective and preventative measures.
* Establishes organization safety and health objectives, policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and relevant occupational safety and health setup rule and regulations.
*Directs the investigations of industrial accident and report preparation for use by HR department and outside regulatory agencies.
* Organizes and monitors management audit concerned.
* Manage the training of safety and health policies and practices to managers and employees. Such as on-site safety practice, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment and other related materials.
* Develops environmental safety and health budget.
Quality Assurance
* Responsible for establishing and administering quality policies in the plant to ensure compliance with legal and corporate * specifications and standards. Leads and guides the development and execution of quality programs. Controls quality costs and monitors records of product defects and failure rates.
* Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing quality programs.
* Establishes quality policies that ensure compliance at the lowest possible cost.
* Reviews external complaints for the purpose of developing appropriate quality policies and standards.
* Manages and executes quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
--Advises management on the overall quality standard of products.
--Organizes and monitors ISO9001 external, internal audit and other management audit concerned.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Chemical, Environment, Engineering etc.
*More than 5 years relevant working experiences in chemical manufacturing companies with more than 2 years in supervisory capacity.
