Position Details：
Position Title: Senior SHE Officer (Safety & Health) Reports to: SHE Manager Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) ？ Support the organization for compliance with local legal regulations and with Roche SHE provisions (especially for safety and health, abbreviation S&H). Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities (Major functions of the position) ？ Supporting and advising SHE manager, line manager and site manager in S&H matters. ？ Promoting S&H in the company based on the local and global Roche S&H objectives and goals. ？ Supporting line management in S&E training for employees. ？ Developing and maintaining a system for receiving, documenting and responding to S&H related reports and complaints. ？ Ensuring that an S&H risk analysis process is implemented and documented. ？ Conducting periodic S&H inspections. ？ Reporting critical S&H situations. Monitoring and documenting: ？ The implementation of S&H programs and action plans, especially S&H measures planned in order to close identified gaps ？ S&H accidents and incidents ？ Occupational injuries and illnesses ？ The status and progress of actions related to S&H goals and targets Compiling and documenting the S&H KPIs: ？ Used for monitoring the trend towards the S&H goals ？ Used by the management as a basis for their S&H plans ？ For S&H reporting ？ Reviewing and supporting the communication of S&H related information and documentation. ？ Support the dangerous goods transportation to comply with the international and national transportation regulations. ？ Manage the plant clinic and provide the medical service to employees. ？ Support on quality compliance by managing the physical examination. ？ Advising local (Roche external) emergency response teams in the event of S&H incidents, including transport accidents involving Roche products. ？ Establishing and maintaining the local (Roche internal) S&H emergency management system. ？ Establishing and maintaining contacts with the local S&H authorities, professional organizations, scientific bodies and the public. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 1.Education/Qualifications ？ University education background ？ Major in safety or environment or chemical or engineering or other SHE related ？ Certified safety engineer is preferred 2.Leadership Competencies ？ Strong coordination skill within the department and cross functions ？ Potential leadership skill 3.Job Required Competencies ？ Professional skills in SHE related SHE ？ Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing ？ Good computer skill |
