Position: Environment Health & Safety Manager (EHS Manager)

Key Job Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of EHS policy and procedures;

Maintain injury and illness records and reports;
-
Develop and conduct training programs for salaried and hourly workforce;
-
Conduct Industrial Hygiene surveys;
-
Conduct EHS audits, recommending and assisting in the correction of Hazards Identified;
-
Participate and administer the Health and Safety Committee;
-
Administer the medical management program for injured employees;
-
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations;
-
Report required information to regulatory agencies and the corporate office;

Direct and maintenance of worker’s compensation, training, industrial hygiene and safety records.
Key Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Environmental Health and Safety related field;
-
At least 5 years related experience in a manufacturing plant;

Practical working experience in industrial hygiene, behavioral based safety management systems;
-
Possess a proven track record in the design, setup, implementation and continuous improvement of safety management systems;
-
Willing to travel;
-
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
