What we need:
Due to expansion, we are currently seeking highly driven individuals to act as Recruitment Researchers/Talent Finders to help our clients recruit top caliber executives for their organizations. Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing QSHE and quality system. He/she will ensure operation successfully complies with all relevant QSHE procedure and standard with particular emphasis on achieving and maintaining procedure improving / near-miss reporting / safety culture developing.
- Ensure that all incidents / complain / near-miss will be well recorded and investigated and necessary corrective action shall be implemented with proper monitor on following result.
- Working closely with the QSHE Manager, this is a challenging management role which will ensure that the safety and quality demands of the region are met and maintained to the highest standards.
- Due to the nature of the activities, previous experience of QSHE and quality system managing is essential as this role will require regular procedure set up and review, risk assessment before new business, investigation on incident / near miss / non-conformity / etc.
