Responsibilities:
· Provides leadership in overall management of safety, health, environmental and security in the joint venture.
· Translate safety, health and environment expectations of the board of directors into executable safety, health and environment strategies and plans.
· Monitors, measures and analyzes safety, health and environment performances and provides recommendations to the board of directors for continual improvement.
· Develops and maintains policies and procedures to comply safety, health, environmental laws, regulations and standards.
· Develops and maintains safety, health and environment management policies and procedures necessary for the joint venture.
· Coordinates and support joint venture safety, health and environment management program and initiatives.
· Leads and participates in safety, health and environment inspection, assessment and audits, and track corrective actions to closure.
· Provides counsel, advice and support to other functions on all safety, health and environmental and security related matters.
· Determines and manages budget for managing safety, health, environment and security at the joint venture.
· Liaison between the company and safety, health and environment related governmental authorities, agencies, communities or professional services.
· Leads a safety, health and environment function team.
· Train and develop safety, health and environment professionals of the joint venture.
· Network with DuPont country, region, business and JV partner safety, health and environment organizations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum University Degree in engineering or related major.
· Minimum eight years professional experience in chemical industry.
· Good influencing and communication skills.
· Process Safety Management experience.
· Chemical operation experience and new project implementation experience.
· Good command of English in both Verbal & Written communication.
