 岗位职责:
 
1.发展并实施客户渗透计划和战略,包括主要客户常规业务的审查,以最大限度地提高对现有客户的销售额;
 
2.识别能够下单或对采购决定有影响力的个人 ;
 
3.有效组织一系列行动以实现销售目标,如通过设立电话拜访优先顺序和频率以识别和区分现有的和潜在的客户;
 
4.为销售活动的所有阶段建立有效的信息管理,重点监控通向下一步或终止的客户承诺的结果;
 
5.拥有持续不断获得财务和销售目标的能力;
 
6.不断寻求新的产品知识和熟悉竞争环境;
 
7.充分利用EHSCity提供的一切资源和技术支持;
 
8.遵守公司销售和定价指南。
 
1.Develop and implement account penetration plans and strategies to include regular account business reviews for key customers to maximize sales at existing accounts;
 
2.Identify individuals who can initiate an order or influence a buying decision;
 
3.Effectively organize a course of action to accomplish sales goals by identifying and classifying both existing & potential account opportunities by establishing call priorities and frequencies;
 
4.Create effective information management for all phases of selling activities, with an emphasis on monitoring results of customer engagements leading to next steps/closure;
 
5.Demonstrate ability of consistently overachieving the financial and sales objectives;
 
6.Consistently seeks new product knowledge and understands competitive environment;
 
7.Fully leverage all resources and technical support provided by EHSCity.
 
8.Demonstrates full compliance to company sales and pricing guidelines.
 
岗位要求:

6.稳定于一个职位上或坚持某项行动计划,直到预定的结果实现或者没有实现的可能;
 
7.有MRO产品知识和应用经验的人优先 ;
 
8.有驾照和自驾车优先 ;
 
9.熟练运用电脑;
 
10.至少有3年的外部直销经验;
 
11.大专或同等学历以上。
 
1.Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to win;
 
2.Possess the technological capabilities and understanding to communicate in today’s business environment;
 
3.Ability to listen, gain trust and bring to closure an action, project, resolution or sale with customers;
 
4.Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns, determine appropriate approach and provide solutions;
 
5.Ability to influence events to achieve goals beyond what is required;
 
6.Ability to stay with a position or plan of action until desired result is achieved or is no longer reasonably attainable;
 
7.Knowledge of MRO products and their applications is plus;
 
8.Driving license is plus;
 
9.Good PC skill;
 
10.Minimum of 3 years of outside, direct sales experience;
 
11.College degree or equivalent experience (degree preferred).
