· Support TLC/TTM according to corporate HSE rules and national regulations and follow up the achievements in the two affiliates
· Coordinate with TCI & MSAP, even TL HQ relate to crisis management, health, safety, security and environmental affairs
· Assist HSEQ manager to set up annual HSE plan and follow-up
· Assist HSEQ manager to drive the implementation and the maintenance of the HSEQ systems in TLC/ TTM
· Assist HSEQ manager to organize, guide and participate in incentive plan, milestone celebration to build excellent HSE culture
· Facilitate HSE training and programs for TLC/TTM to ensure full compliance
· Coordinator plant’s HSE team to implement HSE visit, audit and HSE programs, review and follow-up the all safety audits performed internally and externally in TLC/TTM, prepare action plans based on the audit reports and monitor the progress of the action plans
· Consolidate data and carry out TLC/TTM reports
· Keep good communication with all employee of TLC/TTM to share HSE information and rules
· To lead and take care of office safety guideline, road safety management of work-at-home employees, and make sure safety rules & regulations are applied
Work with plant’s HSE team to ensure contractor are trained, tested and comply with Total HSEQ requirements
