Responsibilities:
-Understand the government's policy and regulation in CC,TJ and WL
熟悉HSE相关法律法规及政策，熟悉长春、天津、温岭三地相关政策
-Help the center manger to finish the legal compliances and actions requested by government
协助中心经理确保公司的运营活动符合政府机构对于HSE法律法规和标准合规性的相关管理规定
-Lead the projects requested by government on the HSE improvement
主导政府机构要求的HSE改进项目
-Find the proper vendor of which projects requested by government and cooperate
根据政府机构及公司的要求寻找合适的供应商
-Explain the yearly and monthly tasks of HSE to CM and lead the action plan
年度/月度向中心经理汇报HSE相关任务，主导相关行动计划
-Monthly HSE check to centers in regional
负责区域内的HSE月度稽核
-Push each center to finish annual KPI about near miss, safety suggestion and non LTA and other HSE KPI
推动区域内各中心完成年度KPI指标，包括near miss，安全建议及非LTA等项目
-Other task assigned by Regional Center Manager
区域经理交待的其他事宜
Requirements:
-Diploma degree or above
大专及以上学历
-At least 5 years' HSE related experience in MNC, Chemicals or Coating fields is the plus
5年以上制造行业HSE相关工作经验，化工或涂层相关行业优先
-Familiar with HSE relevant legal, and have relevant professional knowledge of environmental safety occupational hygiene
熟悉HSE相关法律法规及管理流程，具备环境安全职业卫生的相关专业知识
-High communication skills, experience with government sides
良好的沟通能力
-High travelling flexibility
能够配合出差
-Driving license is a plus
