岗位职责Responsibilities
1.结合EHSCity用人要求,撰写招聘职位描述,及时发布招聘广告。
To Create Job Descriptions according to EHSCity demands. Manage job listings on external and internal platforms.
2.负责海外招聘渠道维护,定期在各渠道上发布相关招聘和品牌信息,吸引潜在人才。
Manage current hiring channels of designated countries and regions, leverage social media Platforms to build brand awareness and attract potential talent
3.开发海外地区招聘渠道,包括美国、欧洲等。Develop talent acquisition channels for designated countries and regions,including U.S.A., Europe.
4.根据招聘要求进行mapping和候选人寻访,筛选候选人简历,并进行电话面试。
Conduct talent acquisitionmapping , can did ate screenings and phone interviews.
5.根据市场情况和招聘情况,收集相关数据进行数据分析。
Research, collect and analyze market data and TA data.
6.协助招用人部门,进行人才梯队培养。
Assist hiring managers with building talent pool
要求:
1.本科以上学历,人力资源管理、商务、心理学等专业优先。Bachelor degree or above, major in HR Management, Business Management,Psychology or other related studies preferred
2.有海外留学或工作经验者优先。(美国,欧洲留学生优先考虑)Studying or work experience in US, France or Germany preferred.
3.工作认真负责,积极上进,学习能力强,沟通能力优秀。Strong attention to detail and work ethic, Positive attitude with a passionfor creating an outstanding can did ate experience
4.中、英(及法语/德语/西班牙语)听、说、读、写流利,并具有优秀的写作能力。
Fluent proficiencyin English(French/German/Spanish)and Mandarin is a must. Skilled at creative writing
