Job purpose:
To achieve personal and team sales targets through:
Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services
Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
Main accountabilities:
Familiar with one of the followed industry: High Tech/ Internet/Auto/Chemical/ Manufacturing/Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Real Estate.
Market understanding and expertise within line of service
Acquisition and client management
Recruitment and candidate management
Organizing work, administration and reporting
