We are currently recruiting for an account manager to join our team. This role is based in China.
As an account manager, you will be responsible for full business development cycle as well as key account management, translate client’s needs and expectation into projects. Lead project execution with successful outcome.
The key responsibilities of this role includes
· Identify business opportunity and generate insights in a compelling way, lead solution design and shorten business development cycle.
· Manage project execution on scope, resource planning, schedule, cost. Monitor project quality and take prime responsibility for project performance.
· Take care of client satisfaction and nurture sustainable relationships.
· Coach team members and develop their capabilities.
· Summarize project experience as well as methodology and tools, make contribution to knowledge management and sharing.
