Occupational hazardous

According to the regulation of Article 12 of the Labor Protection Regulations for Workplaces Using Toxic Substances, 2002, the company who use 高毒物品  need to the assessment twice a year. What a funny regulation! Is there any company complies with this article? If not what can we do?

sure, you should follow this regulation, but you can do informal assessment by yourself, and at least need to monitor the limit of toxic substances.
