算安全生产事故。按照《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》（国务院令第493号）第十三条规定，道路交通事故发生之日起7日内，事故造成的伤亡人数发生变化的，应及时补报。也就是说7日内，新出现的人员伤亡情况，要列入生产安全事故。

看自己公司如何定义安全生产事故了。一般企业应该不会把这个算到自己的KPI上吧。交通意外不可控因素很多，企业能施加影响不大

安全事故在哪里发生，如果在工厂内发生，而且是上班时间。工作原因导致的，就是安全生产事故

I think the case should not be define the safety production accident. Because the accident time has been excess for 48 hours.
So when someone takes place the traffic accident,he(she) should go to hospital to check the whole body for avoiding to agnore any hurts from the accident and loss the effective insurance.Especially, such internal hemorrhage.the above hurt doesn't be found by presonal judgement.
