| 一般是依据各人的目标或部门的目标进行设置KPI吧，最好设置成能够超越的目标，如果设置成零事故，最多结果达成，不容易表 现绩效，如果是设置成降低可记录事故率20%，实际降低可记录事故率80%，这样更可以看成高绩效 Achieve World-class Safety |
