Responsibilities:
- Maintains project HSE programs and policies
- Plans and executes the functions of project HSE department
- Conducts HSE trainings to subcontractor
- Supervises construction activities ensuring no violations against HSE programs and polices
- Conducts timely investigations, inspections and prepare safety reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years related experience in oil&gas/petrochemical /chemical/ pharmaceutical or related industry
- Be familiar with relevant Chinese and international codes and standards
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives on Mega-Projects
- Experience in international engineering company is preferred
