职位描述:

Purpose (Why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives)

Ensure a permanent operational control of industrial risks in company. Counsel to EHS manager on EHS issues. Maintain EHS operation control (environmental protection, health, safety, fire prevention). Follow up and control corrective and improvement actions to support EHS Manager to meet its EHS objectives of Company.

确保对公司内部工业风险的持续控制；就EHS事宜向EHS经理提出建议；推进和保持公司内EHS体系正常运行和控制（环保、职业健康、安全、防火）；跟踪并控制纠正和改进措施的实施工作，以支持EHS 经理完成公司的EHS目标。

Minimum Requirements

任职条件

1.Education / Experience 教育背景及工作经验

Bachelor degree in safety ＆ health, Environment or relevant engineering degree.5 years working experience, 3 years minimum experiences in OHSAS18001＆ISO14001 system management in industrial companies. English/Chinese.

安全健康、环保或相关工程专业本科学历；5年以上工作经验，具备3年以上工业企业OHSAS18001＆ISO14001体系管理经验，中英文交流。


2.Specific knowledge 专业知识

Be Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to Environment, Health and Safety; Be Familiar with OHSAS18001＆ISO14001 system standard; Have the relevant knowledge on pharmaceutical industry.

熟悉中国有关环保、职业健康及安全的法律法规；熟悉OHSAS18001＆ISO14001体系标准知识；具备医药行业的相关的知识。


3.Business understanding / Competences 业务了解范围 / 业务能力

Have OHSAS18001＆ISO14001 system management and EHS internal audit experience; Comprehends on legal requirements; Be familiar with identification of risk /Significant environment aspect and control an mechanism industry; Have the experience to manage the implementing of corrective actions.

具备OHSAS18001＆ISO14001体系管理经验和内审员经验；了解EHS相关法律法规的规定;熟悉机械行业的风险和重要环境因素的识别和控制；实施检查和纠正措施的管理。


Areas of Responsibility

1.Establish a detailed action plan and schedule based on TMB EHS plan and EHS objectives in order to improve EHS management system, to pay attention to taking into account:

根据公司EHS目标和全年的EHS工作计划，完善和保持OHSAS18001&ISO1400体系和 EHS Roadmap 的执行，建立具体的行动计划及时间表，编制时应考虑：

Legal requirements & others;

EHS Objective & targets and plan;

OHSAS18001&ISO1400 Standard & EHS Roadmap;？？？

EHS Management Procedure;

法律法规要求；

EHS目标和EHS工作计划；

OHSAS18001&ISO1400标准, EHS Roadmap；

公司的EHS 管理规定。

2.To implement the action plan and to deliver in particular:

以上行动计划的实施，特别是：

Implement the relevant themes on OHSAS18001&ISO1400 and ALSTOM EHS roadmap in order to reach the request of company; To develop the Risk/impact analysis for each working position, immediate safety improvement, develop and supervise safety procedure for each working position, supervise operation of operator meet the info-board summary at each working position; Fire fighting, training, emergency actions; Environment management (monitoring of solid, liquid and gas wastes and their compliance with laws and regulations);Implement Loss and prevention program;

实施OHSAS18001&ISO1400和阿尔斯通EHS路线图相关要素,确保达到公司要求，组织各个部门完善每一个工作岗位的风险分析/环境因素识别和策划，直接的安全/环境改进，完善工作岗位的EHS操作规程并监督执行，控制并逐渐降低风险和环境影响； 环保管理，对公司固体、液体以及气体废物监控，符合法律法规要求和公司EHS管理程序；执行损害及预防计划。

3.Communication:

沟通：

Make sure that all staff receives the EHS information;

Updated the EHS workplace information;

Promote EHS newsflash;

Communicate with all employees and the safety representative;

Communication EHS coordinators weekly meeting and monthly EHS meeting.

确保全体员工都能够获得EHS方面的信息；

定期更新公司EHS 网上信息；

编制并发放EHS news flash；

与员工及员工安全代表沟通；

在EHS协调员周例会的沟通和EHS月例会上信息的准备。

4.To organize EHS training

for newly recruited employees and apprentices of MD, for employees of MD who are restored to their original posts or are transferred to a new post;

for all staff, arrange regular training concerning security, safety, and fire prevention;

EHS training and communicate to all significant environment impact position.

组织EHS培训，包括：

公司EHS 培训计划的编制和实施,相关人员的OHSAS18001&ISO14001 体系基本知识的培训,EHS法律法规的培训；

全体员工的定期安全、环保及消防培训；

重要环境岗位人员的培训。

5.Responsible for permanent operational control of risks / impact in the Manufacturing, and immediate corrective actions.

负责确保生产过程风险和环境影响的持续控制，运行检查中发现的问题纠正和预防措施的实施。

6.Be the interface with EHS Manager on statistics report, internal audit plan and implement, and EHS NC or finding, etc. Tracking or taking the corrective action of NC and finding.

7.负责EHS数据统计报告、内审计划和实施情况、EHS不符合等事宜，向EHS经理报告。并跟踪或实施不符合项及发现的问题的纠正措施和预防措施的完成。

8.Collect relevant EHS regulations and review compliance, and report to EHS manger on the EHS regulation review report.
EHS法律法规收集评审，向EHS 经理提交EHS法规法规评审报告。
