Key responsibilities
· Management representative for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems
· Lead and drive the safety organization in VCX (safety committee meetings and follow up on safety group meetings) in cooperation with General Manager
· Identify relevant sustainability-related legal requirements and facilitate compliance
· Ensure reporting (towards external authorities as well as internal Vestas reporting)
· Facilitate root cause analysis of HSE incidents at the foundry
· Proactively develop discipline as well as Vestas spirit and identity among employees
· Monitor market of PPE and suggest relevant improvements
· Proactively improve the working environment
· Initiate and encourage improvement and use of best practice and work procedures
· Report to management
· Facilitate close cooperation and sharing of best practices with other departments and other Vestas foundries



Educational Qualifications

· BA/M Sc in engineering / sustainability
· In-depth knowledge of ERP systems
· Communication and cooperation skills
· Change management skills
· Fluent in English


Job Experience

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience – preferably with knowledge of the Dupont model
· Experience with management systems like ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
