Associate Director of Water and Environment

· Provide leadership in technical, business development, financial and administrative aspects of the consulting business to sustain and expand a successful environmental operation.

· Assist Function Group Leader in planning and implementing the Company's public-relation activities and develop close relationships with key players in the industry;

· Business development through networking and relationship development within the water resources community at all levels, including local, regional, state and federal entities

· Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates for potential projects;

· Assist Function Group Leader to maintain and develop the Company's client base by winning clients' satisfaction and trust during the performance of assigned projects;

· Responsible for the technical and financial performance of projects assigned;

Assist Function Group Leader, working closely with the regional management team and Sector Director, to broaden and strengthen Hyder's reputation;

AUTHORITIES:

· Project bidding and management authorities (Cat 3 and Cat 4) in accordance with the Company System;

· Supervisory and functional responsibilities as stipulated in various Company policies, manuals, procedures and handbooks published from time to time.

 

QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):

 

· Bachelor's degree in Water Resources, Environmental, or Civil Engineering required.;

· 10+ years of progressive comprehensive Water Resources experience

Project experience in China required
