EHSQ Manager for China Region

· Manage the environment,health,safety and quality control of China reginol plants.负责中国区工厂的环境、健康、安全及质量控制工作；

· Set up laboratory management system in each plant,and ensure daily smooth operation.建立各工厂实验室管理体系并确保日常运行；

· Define required quality control,test and action procedures.制定控制测试执行程序；

· Support customers on quality issues.给予客户质量问题方面的支持；

· Coordinate the cooperation with other operation departments.和其他部门保持良好的协作关系.；

· Organize frequent quality meetings.经常组织开展质量会议；

· Supervise the implementation and certification of ISO 19001.监督完成各工厂的ISO19001质量体系认证工作；

· Prepare training plan and provide training.准备/提供部门培训；

· Control expenses and budget in Quality department.控制质量部的费用支出和预算；

· Organize required materials and maintenance for all quality issues.对所有发现的质量问题做必要检测。

Requirment 岗位要求：

· Experienced in leading a Quality/EHSQ department in a foreign invested company.有在中型外资企业环境健康及质控部门管理工作经验；

· Strong leadership abilities.较强的领导能力；

· Experienced in ISO and Quality management tools.有ISO和质量管理方面的经验;

· Strong knowledge in quality assurance.丰富的品保经验;

· Experienced in quality documentation and reports.有质量文件管理控制方面的经验；

· Fluent in English.英语流利。
