Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities
• Supporting all new JVs within North China to establish HSE management system.
• Provide coaching and technical supports to line management for implementation of HSE requirements, procedures and standards in the new business units.
• Report, track on HSE performance, gap analysis and develop actions plan to improve performance.
• Conduct hazard assessment, incident investigation, participate in development and realization of appropriate measures.
• Initiate and facilitate in continuos improvement on HSE programs and management system.
• Assist in streamlining of HSE activities for all locations, such as information exchange, communication, benchmarking, translations etc.
• Perform various tasks assigned as a member of China HSE leadership team.
Qualification:
• At least 5 years EHS experience in a manufacturing or operational environment in MNC, 2 years in managerial position.
• Bachelor or master degree on engineering (preferably mechanical, engineering etc.)
• Strong experienced and working knowledge of country HSE legislation.
• Could work well under pressure and stress, and willing to travel in China as well as working at unsocial time.
• Good interpersonal and communicate skills.
• Local Language plus English, computer skill is required.
• Able to lead and work in multi-disciplinary team.
