? Functional leadership of Asian EHS Coordinators of Plants.
? Specialist for EHS relevant topics, especially but not limited to:
? - Machine Safety (Printing and Paper converting)
? - Environmental Management (ISO14001)
? - Industrial Hygiene
? - Fire Protection
? - Occupational Safety (OHSAS 18001)
? Engineering bachelor degree (preferably in Safety Science or Environmental Science)
? Minimum of five years’ experience in Safety management gained from multi-international companies.
? Knowledge of Management Systems according to ISO 14001 and 18001-Qualification as internal Auditor preferred.
? Have the certification of Green Belt (desired).
? Familiar with Printing and Paper Converting Machine Safety.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills on all hierarchy levels
? Good at information gathering, evaluation and presentation
? Good learning attitude
? Fluent English skills(written and spoken)
? Very good presentation skills
? Willingness to travel
