Responsibilities:

1. Planning/Implement/Controlling of HSSE

1) Plan and carry out HSSE actions daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and special cases

2) Checking and improving operational HSSE systems, equipment and procedures

3) Checking and improving fire protection systems and procedures

2. Cost control of department budget

3. Manage, train, develop, support and lead to staffs and workers

1) Ensure that staff has sufficient and superior skills within their working area

2) Performance Appraisals (PA) for all staff in department.

3) Planning of training requirements for staff

4. Health

1) Securing that the MCID clinic at all time are operational, when working is carried out on site.

2) Ensure in co-operation with HR department, that all MCID employees have the necessary vaccine and medical care when needed.

5. Safety awareness

1) Training and education of MCID employees in the field of HSE

2) Secure by HSE patrolling that work in all aspect at MCID are carried out safe

6. Environmental

1) Ensure that MCID in all aspect obey the Chinese environmental law

2) Ensure that annual environmental test of MCID is carried out

7. Waste management

1) Securing and operating the MCID waste station

8. Management of HSE

1) Management of staff in HSE (Daily management, PA, education, etc.)

2) Management of MCID Clinic

3) Budget for HSE section

4) SOP

5) External contact to government health department.

6) External contact to environmental bureau

7) External contact to labor bureau

9. Personnel identification

1) Company identification card for employees

2) Company identification card for stationary suppliers

10. Visitor control

1) Securing that only authorized persons is inside MCID compound

11. Security and safety awareness

1) Protection of information and values in all aspects.

2) Disaster Recovery Plan

3) MCID security policy for all MCID employees, as well as supplier, contractors etc.

12. Electronic security

1) Electronic access system

2) Perimeter lightning

3) Electronic surveillance system

4) IT-security in co-operation with IT-section

13. Security Guard

1) Rules of engagement

2) Physical security

14. Fire protection

1) Fire alarm control system (electrical)

2) Fire protection system (Fire pump room, Fire extinguisher, sprinkler system, etc.)

3) Hazardous areas (Surface treatment line, LPG station, Paint storage, Diesel station, Welding gas station, etc.).

15. Management for Security

1) Management of staff in security (Daily management, PA, education, etc.)

2) Management of guard company

3) Budget for security section

4) SOP

5) External contact to Fire bureau, fire department and police department.

6) Management of contract with external guard company

7) Management of fire team

Requirements:

1. Min. 8 years job experience within the field of HSSE work experience

2. Experience in management

3. Experience in mechanical and electrical systems

4. Knowledge in planning of man power and organization

5. University degree

6. Language : English in written and verbally, Chinese advantage

7. Ability to lead, manage and motivate subordinates
