Job responsibilities:
· Project coordination and execution in energy management services and corporate and industrial sustainable energy solutions
· On a project basis lead a team of energy auditors, and energy management and sustainable energy experts based in Beijing
· Advice clients on the implementation of energy efficiency and sustainable energy solutions
· Acquire and lead energy management projects for Chinese and international companies in China
· Develop a strong network of relations with government officials and national and sub-national levels, as well as with industry and other relevant foreign and domestic organizations
· Analyze Chinese energy and investment policies, regulations and trends
· Prepare and deliver presentations in English and Chinese at a high technical and management level
· Represent the company at (international) external seminars and events
· Domestic and international travel may be required
Applicant requirements:
· University degree in natural sciences, engineering, environmental sciences
· Over 8 years of working experience focusing on technical consultancy and consultancy project management in an energy-related sector
· In depth understanding of energy technologies in industrial processes and buildings
· Demonstrated project management and team leadership capabilities
· Experience in the area of energy management and energy auditing
· Demonstrable knowledge of sustainable energy technologies is an asset
· Strong analytical and consulting skills
· A customer-oriented attitude
· Putonghua is your first (native) language, and you are proficient in English
