JOB Description: 1.Be responsible for the management of the facility team, including maintenance workers, security guards and cleaners;
2.Provide necessary equipment and facility to departments in need
3.In charge of the management of sub-contractors and their projects on the aspects of quality, safety, environment, etc.
4.Be responsible for the management of production equipment, power equipment, and facilities;
5.In charge of the management of fixed assets and waste;
6.Repair, follow and manage the equipment and facility;
7.Be responsible for the management of safety, health and environment in the company;
8.Manage the documents for the company equipment and project files;
9.Provide necessary safety and technical training to the employees
Requirements/Qualifications 1.Bachelor degree;
2.Above 5 years’ working experience with related jobs.
3.Good command of English both oral and writing.
4.Good team player, provide good support to other department.
