1.Assists EHS Manager in the development and administration the site’s EHS policies and procedures (environment related part) in respect of Saint-Gobain Group, Sectors and in accordance of applicable PRC State, provincial, law, regulation codes, and rules. 协助EHS经理制定与实施遵守集团与分部EHS要求的并符合国家、省市法律法规的公司EHS政策和程序（环境相关的）。
2.Collect information of company and government EHS requirements and regulations by attending governmental training sessions, seminars, studying published material on environmental compliance; technical support to administrate EHS procedures. Assist EHS manager to keep up-to-date site’s all applicable laws and regulations. 通过参加政府培训，研讨班，学习环境相关的资料，收集有关公司和政府EHS要求 和法规的信息；为EHS程序的管理提供技术支持。协助EHS经理更新工厂所有适用 的法律法规。
3.Give all necessary support to update procedures and training programs, i.e. Lockout/Tag-out, Risk Assessment, Ladder Safety, Emergency response plan, Evacuation/rescue drill, First-aid training, Accident/Incident analysis, etc. 为更新程序和培训项目（如Lockout/Tag-out, 风险评估，扶梯安全，突发事件应对计 划，疏散/营救训练，急救培训，事故/事件分析等）提供必要支持
4.Update all the system files of ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 certifications. Consolidate internal audit result. Follow up all the corrective actions. 更新ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001体系认证的所有系统文档。完善内部审核结果。跟踪整改行动。
5.Perform EHS audits and consolidate corrective action to be taken. Help in follow-up of the implementation of this actions plan. Provide data on the current situation according to EHS manager needs. 开展EHS审核和完善整改行动。为整改计划实施的跟踪提供帮助。根据EHS经理需要提供有关现状数据。
6.Participate in the organization of EHS training, give support for training sessions when necessary. 参与组织EHS培训，如有需要为培训提供支持。
7.Give technical support to specify for new construction, machinery or processes to determine if all EHS precautions have been included. 为新建筑，机器或工艺流程提供技术支持，以确保将EHS预防考虑其中。
8.Participate in the activities of the health and safety committee by providing technical and statistical data. 通过提供技术支持和统计数据，参与安全健康委员会的活动。
9.Collect EHS data (including environmental emission, waste data, medical check results, measurements of IH exposure, etc…) and input them to EHS reporting system. 收集EHS数据（包括环境排放物，废弃物资料，医学检查资料，工业接触物检测资料等）和将以上数据输入EHS汇报系统。
10.Participate in accident investigation. 参与事故调查。
Qualification Requirements： 任职要求 *Typical Education Level教育背景: 4 years degree desired in Environmental Engineering, Chemical or other related degree. 3年环境工程，化学或其他相关专业的教育背景
* Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能: 1 year EHS related experience in industry and manufacturing environment in China with EHS crisis. Basic knowledge of law and regulation. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 1年在国内有环境危机的工业和制造企业EHS工作经验 熟悉法律法规 有良好的口语和书面交流能力
* Language and computer skills 语言与计算机: Chinese and written English mandatory. Oral English is a plus. Outlook, Word, Excel, reporting system, other related software. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
