CNCO quality , environment, safety and health management system implementation and improvement upon ISO9000, TS16949 , ISO14000 OHSAS18000 standards as well as relevant requirements
ISO relevant internal audit follow-up as well as local authority/customer audit supports upon request
Certificates maintenance and external audits’ follow-up
Yearly CER report to Company A/S and 3rd party audits follows-up
CNCO work safety &health management system set-up, implementation and improvements
System relevant awareness trainings throughout the organization (focusing on quality, environment and working safety issues, etc.)
Department and people management incl. (budget control, team motivation and knowledge & qualification upgrade, services improvements, etc.)
Quality, environmental, healthy & safety relevant supports to other Company China factory upon request
Provide professional communication to customer, local authority, HQ etc. on environmental & safety related information
Qualifications and Work Experience
University education possibly in mechanical, chemical, environmental or relevant background
Min.3 years’ people management experiences as well as the experience of quality, environment and safety system management in multinational company
Be familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, OHASA18001, Lean principles, TS16949, with lead auditor experiences is preferred
Experience with and good ability to communicate/information and coordinate between different departments
Good written and oral abilities in both English and Mandarin
Good computer skill of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc. familiar with SAP is preferred
