Qualifications: ? Register safety officer citification is must. And also National safety register engineer and ISO14001and OHSAS 18001 internal audit certifications is preferred. ? About 3 years HSE experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering environment. ? Above college degree, majored in engineering or related majors. Skills： ? Excellent communication, influencing, persuasion. ? Good command of English & Computer skill. ? Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system setting up and maintenance. ? Know chemical management and industrial hygiene control. ? Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental issues within a manufacturing environment. ? Having experience in facility issues is preferred. Key Success Factors: ? Proactive, self starter. ? Ability to prioritize under pressure. ? Ability to manage change & implement initiatives to a successful conclusion. ? Able to work as part of a cross functional team and also independently. ? Systematic and logical approach to problem solving. Proven record of demonstrating initiative.
