1. Lead and organize EHS inspections and audits, risk assessment to maintain safe working conditions.
2. Lead the implementation and refinement of EHS initiatives, best practices and tools to ensure continuous improvements of EHS performance.
3. Coach and training all the employees.
4. Develops and implements EHS training programs and awareness communication program.
5. Provides strategic EHS direction and functional support operations.
职位要求(Job Requirements):
1. Bachelor degree or above in safety, environmental management or equivalent.
2. Extensive knowledge of all China EHS regulations.
3. Broad knowledge of hazardous material and emergency response organization.
4. 5 years EHS experience in joint venture, and 2 years plus management experience.
5. Excellent leadership, program and project management and communication skills.
6. Ergonomic experience, demonstrated strong capabilities of leading changes and handling complicated abilities.
