- In charge of a Compliance Team with several Auditors
- Main responsibility is to ensure our out sourced factories complying with the requirements (CSR, C-TPAT, QMS, etc), and be well prepared for the third party audit
- Key KPI is to pass the third party audit when requested (CSR, C-TPAT, QMS, etc)
- Help to set up the QMS in our China Office
- Identifying the room of improvement and ensure our China Office is in compliance with the requirements (CSR, QMS, etc)
- Conduct Training about the systems (CSR, SA8000, C-TPAT, QMS, etc) to the factories and internally
- Frequent travel to factories (mainly in Guang Dong province)
Job requirement:
- bachelor degree preferred
- at least 8 years solid experience in social compliance
- Good English (writing and speaking)
- Good communication and coordination skill
- with personality that take ownership, will embrace challenge and looking for changes
