| 任职要求： | Specific Responsibilities 1. Assist in the implementation of the AFS EHS Policies, Procedures and Program 2. Manage the EHS training program and conduct the required EHS training (orientation, etc) for employees. And general responsible for the management of the license of special operation. 3. Manage the PPE program, coordinate the selection of personal protective equipment, keep the matrix of PPE, and distribute the required PPE to employee per the procedure. 4. Responsible for the administration of Industrial Hygiene, arrange the monitoring per the procedure and document the report. 5. Oversee management of all waste generation and disposal in accordance with national, local and Alcoa codes. 6. Keep the list of regulatory permits and periodical review the list to ensure the permits are valid. 7. Conduct the environmental monitoring per the requirement of procedure. 8. Responsible for the inputs of regulatory reporting in a accurately and timely manner. 9. Assist in the coordinating activities of EHS SPA.s. 10. Responsible for reviewing compliance status of applicable EHS requirements from national, local and Alcoa EHS. 11. Assist in the investigation of all incidents. 12. Provide weekly reports regarding environmental and health aspects. 13. Conduct the routine EHS inspection per the requirement of procedure. 14. Incumbent must comply with all Company policies and maintain a safe and clean work area. 15. Perform related assignments as assigned Education Minimum: College degree in engineering or science related field. Major in Env, Health or Safety preferred. Strong computing skills; word, excel, access, powerpoint, etc. Required Skills Good English written skill and sound verbal skill required. Must have at least 2 years experience in EHS. 3-5 years preferred. Experience with ISO 14001 implementation Knowledgeable in Regulatory compliance, incident investigation, & safety engineering. |
| 职位职责： | Essential Functions: The EHS Coordinator, reporting EHS Manager will be an part of the EHS team accountable for accomplishment of businees EHS objectives consistant with Alcoa values. The EHS Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to maintain and facilitate implementation of EHS systems including Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental programs. Incumbent's challenges include: Coordinate the EHS BU plan implementation. Ensure compliance with all EHS regulatory requirements and Alcoa standards. Assess risk associated with manufacturing processes and act to minimize risks. Incumbent will provide specialized EHS expertise and assist in developing location knowledge of EHS regulations and corporate standards. The incumbent will define, obtain, and coordinate necessary EHS reports, permits, communications and EHS self-assessments for the location. Incumbent will collaborate with other Alcoa businesses in China in achieving regional standardization. Incumbent will ensure recordkeeping is consistent with Alcoa and China requirements. Incumbent to assist in the investigation of all major incidents and noncompliance incidents. |
