Key areas of responsibility 主要职责领域:
1.Assist the VP area EHS manager by planning and carrying out EHSMPs(ISO14001&OHSAS18001), environmental mapping, WPA and other reforms of risk assessment in the unit (only for health and safety coordinators). Assist and help department completes the safety inspection and process confirmation. And others.
协助VP EHS经理在本厂范围内计划并贯彻执行环境健康安全管理规程(ISO14001&OJSAS18001及环保计划，工作场所评估，安全检查, 过程确认等）及其相关工作。
2. Assist VP area all departments to through the EHSMPs.
支持协助VP区域内所有部门贯彻执行环境健康安全管理规程.
3.Assist to build up EHS policies and procedures, and ensure the implementations throughout the site according to policies and procedures of the NNAS. (Chemical; PPE&ERE; machine safety; on site contractor management; near miss and accident management; EHS assessment of changes.)
依据诺和诺德总部政策、制度、流程，对完善PS Site Tianjin的EHS相关政策、制度、流程给与建议，并监督其在各个部门中执行情况。(化学品管理，个人防护用品等，机械安全，厂内承包商管理，事故及险兆事件管理等; EHS变更评估)
4.Conduct EHS inspection in the site area. (Including employees, on-site contractors and visitors).
在工厂范围内执行现场检查（包括厂内承包商和员工及访客）。
5.Assist EHS manager to contact TEDA government EHS Authority and complete some reports to the government.
定期对环境健康安全管理规程执行情况进行总结分析，向VP EHS经理汇报相关数据。6.Coordinate every department and VP EHS manager analysis the reason and action plan, follow up and push the action finished.
协助各部门及VP EHS进行根本原因分析以及相关行动计划的制定。跟踪并推动所有相关行动计划的完成。
Main job tasks:
一、Target setting and follow up on daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis:
1.Assist the VP area EHS manager by planning and carrying out EHSMPs, environmental mapping, WPA and other reforms of risk assessment in the unit (only for health and safety coordinators). Assist and help department completes the safety inspection and process confirmation. And others.
协助VP EHS经理在本工厂范围内计划并贯彻执行环境健康安全管理规程（环保计划，工作场所评估，安全检查, 过程确认等）及其相关工作。
2.Collaborate and help departments complete the EHSMPs, (including EMPs, Safety Inspection, WPA, and process confirmation), and record in EnviroEASY.
与各部门EHS代表合作，根据工厂年度环境健康安全工作计划制定部门年度环境健康安全工作计划（环保计划、安全检查、工厂场所评估、过程确认等），并录入EnviroEASY。 3.Join and assist department EHS plans.
参与并支持部门执行所有部门年度环境健康安全工作计划。
4.Be responsible for communicating and training the outsourced persons who working in the site and employees on EHS, to enhance the sense of EHS on them;
负责对在工厂工作的施工单位人员及员工进行EHS方面的沟通和培训，增强他们对EHS的认知；
5.Hold trainings (for new staffs, EHS representative, SOP and relevant)
提供相应的课程培训（新入职员工、特殊职位- 部门EHS代表，SOP和相关规程的更新培训等）。
6.Assist the process of plant construction, equipment installment including making contracts with suppliers, so as to make sure those projects to meet the requirements of EHS, and also assist the safety evaluationand check and acceptance work.
协助工厂的厂房及设备的新建或改建工程，包括参与和工程供应商进行的合同谈判和签署，以确保该工程能符合诺和诺德EHS的管理标准，并协助与工程相关安全评估和验收工作。
7.Participant in maintenance the NNTP legislation database 参与维护PS Site Tianjin法律法规数据库
二、 Assist VP area all departments to through the EHSMPs.
支持协助VP区域内所有部门贯穿执行环境健康安全管理规程。
1. Guide and answer department EHS problem.(EnviroEASY, classify incident and analysis the reason)
对部门EHS日常工作中的问题给与解答和指导（EnviroEASY的使用、事故定级及原因分析等）；
2. Lead EHS department weekly meeting (as business requirement), update EHS plan and summary the meeting minutes.
领导召开部门EHS代表例会（根据业务需要确定会议频率），定期更新EHS工作部署，整理并分发会议纪要。
3.Arrange the meeting and complete the reports.
安排并参加相关会议并完成相关汇报。
三、Assist VP EHS manager solve problems cross department.
协助VP EHS经理协调跨部门问题的解决。
1.Assist to build up EHS policies and procedures, and ensure the implementations throughout the site according to policies and procedures of the NNAS.
依据诺和诺德总部政策、制度、流程，对完善天津工厂的EHS相关政策、制度、流程给与建议，并监督其在各个部门中执行情况。
2. Assist to build up the PS Site Tianjin SOP of EHS part, and other EHS regulation, and train the relevant staffs. (Chemical management; PPE&ERE management; machine safety; on-site contractor management; near miss and accident management，EHS assessment of changes)
协助制定并更新PS Site Tianjin相关的EHS标准操作规程，以及EHS的相关规定(化学品管理，个人防护用品管理，机械安全，厂内包商管理，事故及险兆事件管理，EHS变更评估)。
3.According to the SOPs and policies, confirm the actions, and ensure the difference can be found and communication immediately.
根据工厂相关标准操作规程及规定，定期对部门执行效果进行核实，确保执行中的偏差能够被及时发现并沟通。
四、Conduct EHS inspection plant wide (include employee and on-site contractor and visitor).
在工厂范围内执行现场检查（包括厂内承包商和员工及访客）。
1.Collaborate with project manager, check and offer training.
与工厂相关项目负责人合作，认证并提供相关培训。
2.Check and approve the working area with project manager
施工前同项目经理共同进行现场检查批准施工项目。
3. Inspection the working area and confirm the contractors can comply the NNTP policy to safety work.
施工过程中同项目经理共同进行现场巡视确保承包商能够遵守相关安全规定，做到安全施工。
4.Evaluate the contractors and feedback to relevant.
对承包商进行安全方面的表现评估并反馈给相关人员。
