 一、岗位主要职责：
1、负责维护股份公司的有害物质管理体系，包括完善有害物质管理体系文件，
2、推进有害物质管理绩效提升等；
3、推进股份公司有害物质的统一管理，包括从供应商有害物质管理到内部过程有害物质管理；
4、收集有害物质管理方面的法律法规和客户要求，完善有害物质管理制度，组织培训和推广；
5、督促各公司制定有害物质抽查和隐患排查计划，跟踪实施情况；
6、组织对分公司进行有害物质管理体系方面的体系审核、过程审核等，督促分公司提升有害物质管理水平和预防保证能力；
参与分公司在有害物质管理方面的重要客户审核，推动分公司持续改进；
7、参与质量、环安管理体系方面的工作（如修订体系文件等）。


二、职位基本要求：

条件要求：

专业知识：
熟悉ISO9001和QCO80000管理体系要求；
对ISO14001、OHSAS18001管理体系有一定了解；
熟悉欧盟及中国RoHS法令法规要求；
熟悉REACH、WEEE等管理要求；
有ISO9001和QC080000体系内审员资质；
熟悉SONY绿色采购标准优先考虑。

技能和经验要求：
1. 3年以上的体系管理尤其是有害物质体系管理经验；
2. 有单独策划管理体系尤其是有害物质管理体系建立及认证的经验；
3. 有丰富的审核经验；
4. 具备一定的组织、沟通及协调能力；
5. 具备较强的策划能力；
6. 具备较强的执行能力
