Job Summary岗位概述：
This position is responsible for providing specialist EHS support to Plant activities and personnel. The holder is dedicated to one EHS related discipline based upon the risk profile of the site. Reporting into the Plant EHS Manager team, the holder provides expertise in a particular area such as Occupational Health, Process Safety, Chemical Safety Environmental Management, Emergency response etc. The holder has a deep technical understanding of their EHS discipline and advises Plant Management on compliance. Principal accountabilities主要职责：
1.Providing Management with specialist advise on requirements relating to their specific EHS discipline.
2.Ensuring all related legal and JM requirements are understood and communicate effectively to all relevant personnel.
3.Ensuring site processes and procedures are in place to address all relevant requirements.
4.Proving specialist training to relevant personnel in the EHS discipline focusing on both compliance and continuous improvement.
5.Acting as the Plant point of contact for communication with external stakeholders (e.g. Regulators, customers, suppliers, industry bodies, Medical providers).
6.Liaising with Group Specialists on behalf of the plant ensuring group requirements are understood and site performance reported.

Qualifications任职要求：
1.Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Engineering or similar such as chemical or chemical engineering .Certified Safety Engineer.
2.Above 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive and /or Chemical companies in positions related to occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental experience.
3.Good English skills.
